#Syria & #Turkey signed today a military cooperation agreement to strengthen the new Syrian Army. It includes training courses, incl. for specialized skills (like counter-terrorism, cyber defense and mine clearing activities) and technical assistance with experts to modernize military systems, institutions and command structures.
